$70 Million in Reservations in Less Than 2 Months At Omega, the Final Luxury High-Rise at Bonita Bay

The Ronto Group has processed reservations worth more than $70 million in less than two months at Omega, the final luxury high-rise tower to be built within Bonita Bay. The 27-story tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 tower residences and four penthouses. The building’s design takes advantage of high-rise construction methods and materials that span greater distances and allow the use of more glass. The result is larger, wider, open living spaces with walls of tall windows offering views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Penthouse pre-construction pricing starts at $6.5 million. Tower residence pre-construction pricing starts at $2.150 million.

Rather than designing a four unit per floor building, Ronto created a three unit per floor approach that allows the residences to be wider and more spacious than typical high-rises. The Omega tower and penthouse floor plans offer the square footage and width found in estate homes built on 110-foot home sites.

Three tower plans are available. The living spaces, owners’ suites, and some of the guest bedrooms will open to outdoor terraces featuring 42-inch glass railings. Volume ceiling heights of ten feet four-inches, except where dropped, will create a sense of space that cannot be duplicated by remodeling existing high-rise residences.

The 01 and 03 tower residences include 4,645 square feet of air-conditioned space, outdoor terrace areas totaling 1,005 square feet, and an 80-square foot private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence. The 01 and 03 tower floor plans feature four bedrooms, a den or fifth bedroom, and four-and-a-half baths. Homebuyers have been captivated by the 03-floor plan’s northern exposure that provides long-range views.

The 02-tower residence offers 4,210 square feet under air, 540 square feet of outdoor terraces, and 75 square feet of private air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence. The 02-tower plan includes three bedrooms, a den, and three-and-a-half baths. The tower plans present open-concept living areas with a spacious great room, a double-island kitchen in the 01 and 03 residences with a walk-in pantry, and a dining area. Every tower residence comes with a private elevator lobby and a private enclosed two-car garage. Tower residents will enjoy a roof-top amenity deck.

The 01 and 03 penthouses measure 6,435 square feet under air while the 02-penthouse floor plan offers 6,375 square feet under air. Each penthouse comes with 1,710 square feet of outdoor terrace areas with gas grills and 42-inch glass railings, a private elevator lobby, a private air-conditioned storage space on the same level as the residence, a private three-car garage, and a private roof-top amenity deck. The plans include five bedrooms, a den, and five-and-a-half baths. Open-concept living areas include a great room with a fireplace, a double-island kitchen in the 01 and 03 residences with a spacious walk-in pantry, and dining spaces that open to terraces that wrap the corner of the building. Additional terraces are located off the owner’s bedroom and two of the guest bedrooms. The residences feature open living spaces with tall windows that offer incredible views. Volume ceiling heights of eleven feet four-inches in the penthouses, except where dropped, will create a tremendous sense of space.

Omega residents will enjoy 18,000 square feet of interior amenities. The building’s grand salon will feature a living room-like setting with couches, side chairs, a cocktail table, and see-through views of the outdoor amenity deck. Doorways on either side of the grand salon will lead to a 600 square-foot library and card room and to a 750 square-foot billiards and game room. The library and card room will open to a conference room.

The south side of the building will feature a more than 3,000 square-foot clubroom. Tall windows will offer long-range views to the south and west. The clubroom will include a bar, a linear fireplace, and a catering kitchen. Double doors will open to the outdoor amenity deck. Omega’s 600 square-foot theater will be situated off the clubroom and offer couches and chaises to enhance the movie viewing experience.

Three guest suites are located on the north side of the building. Five cottages on garage level two are available for purchase. Tall windows in the 2,100 square-foot fitness room will offer long-range views to the north and west. The fitness center will include the latest fitness equipment, a massage room, and men’s and women’s saunas and locker rooms.

Outside, an amenity deck will provide views to the south and west. Glass railings will line the deck’s curved perimeter and overlook one of Bonita Bay’s golf courses. A pool with a beach entry will include two sun shelves with chaise lounges and built-in benches. Poolside day beds, or “pool cocoons,” will be placed around the pool and feature retractable tops. Six private poolside cabanas available for purchase will include full bathrooms and a beverage center, sink, and refrigerator. Day cabanas will be available on a first come, first served basis. A whirlpool spa will be situated under a trellis. A pool pavilion with a bar, seating areas, and restrooms will offer a gathering place. Bar-b-que grills will be situated adjacent to the pavilion. Seating areas will be available, including sunset viewing areas, and a fire pit terrace with seating. Other attractions include a putting lawn and a decorative sculpture surrounded by plank-style concrete and patterned turf.
